We can then recommend the areas that will deliver the best return on investment from a quick, cosmetic renovation:

Visually-impactful changes to help your property look it’s best and create a great first impression, such as painting, landscaping, de-cluttering and de-personalising spaces.
Refresh and update the kitchen, bathrooms and/or master suite. Such makeovers will not only add value your property, but also help it stand out as a turn-key purchase or rental.
Assess your property’s condition objectively for necessary repairs and maintenance. Whilst you may have gotten used to living with these minor problems, they could be perceived as a headache for potential buyers and even worse, de-value your property if they emerge in the building inspection report.

Our services include:

Interior Design – for comprehensive drawings and realistic 3D renders. We can provide this personally, or you can use our e-design (online consulting) service.
Project Management – we act as experienced professionals in your corner and bring the design to life. We document the scope of work required by each trade, review quotes, help you engage the right team, make regular site visits, and give you progress updates.
Procurement – this is an optional add-on to our Project Management service, where we can receive and pay invoices on your behalf to significantly reduce your administrative burden.
