Project Management
This is the exciting part of the project, where we can help you manage the renovation and bring the design to life. There are 2 key stages:
Stage 1

We will document the scope of work for each trade (Trade & Materials Schedule or “TMS”).

We will use the TMS to get quotes from trades, review and analyse them so you can engage the right team.
Stage 2

We will visit the site regularly to address issues as they arise, and provide you with progress updates

When every task in the TMS is finished, the project is complete. We will then get it professionally cleaned and style it.

We will meet you in the finished space, show you how to use and operate any new fixtures, hand over warranties and maintenance brochures, before taking our leave.
Procurement Service
(OPTIONAL EXTRA)
This is an optional add-on to our Project Management service, where we can purchase key furniture and materials on your behalf, as well as receive, review and pay invoices from your trades.
The benefit of this service is 2-fold – firstly, you save money as we will pass back 100% of the trade discounts we will receive. Secondly, you save time and reduce your workload, as a renovation can include a lot of invoices and paperwork from trades and suppliers.
The service works as follows:

You will need to transfer the renovation budget in agreed instalments into a dedicated bank account held in the name of 360 Renovation Consulting (in order for us to transact on your behalf),

All the invoices will be in your name for warranty purposes,

We will check all the invoices before making payments, and track all deliveries,

You will need to accept deliveries, check for breakages, and store the items securely on site or close until they can be installed.

We will provide you with a detailed Expense Log and copies of all invoices at agreed stages of the project.
