360 Design Studio provides interior design and professional project management to commercial and residential property owners across Sydney and Australia-wide. Led by Vinti Verma, diploma-qualified interior designer (Interior Design Institute, 2024) and Design Institute of Australia member, we bring together 24 years of financial planning and project management experience with genuine sustainable design practice.

We co-founded Dezinery, Australia's first marketplace exclusively for recycled furniture and homewares, because we believe sustainable design should not be the preserve of premium budgets. Good design thinking, responsibly applied, is available at every price point.

​Our team is led by Vinti Verma, whose passion in improving properties was ignited with the renovation of her own home. After 24 years in the financial planning industry, she is finally following her passion. She comes from a family of architects and interior designers, and applies her strong project management, financial and communication skills from the corporate world to every project.

Our Pricing

At 360 Design Studio, we charge fixed fees based on the scope and complexity of work - not hourly rates or percentages of construction costs.

 

Why Fixed Fees

Fixed fees give you complete budget certainty. We do not charge by the hour or a percentage of the construction budget because both create conflicts of interest: hourly rates reward slowness, and percentage-based fees reward you spending more. Neither serves you.

Think of it this way: you would not want a surgeon who charges by the hour and rushes out before closing you up. You also would not want a junior surgeon who takes twice as long as an experienced one.

Vinti is a diploma-qualified interior designer (Interior Design Institute, 2024) and member of the Design Institute of Australia, bringing a unique combination of design expertise and financial rigour to every project.

After 24 years in financial planning and project management, Vinti followed her passion for interior design, inspired by renovating her own home and a family of architects and interior designers.

​

As co-founder of Dezinery, Australia's marketplace for recycled furniture and homewares, Vinti applies circular economy principles to create sustainable, functional, and beautiful spaces. She specialises in sustainable commercial interior design and is the creator of the 4F Framework: Form, Function, Finance and the Future.
